Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of kitchen appliances, we enforce a strict return window and inspection process.
1. Standard Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No returns will be accepted after the 3-day period.
2. Eligibility for Return
For an item to be eligible for return within the 3-day window, it must meet the following strict conditions:

New & Unused Condition: The appliance must be in absolutely new, un-used, and re-sellable condition. Any signs of use, installation, or food/liquid residue will void the return eligibility.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
3. Reporting Damage or Defects (Critical)
This is the most time-sensitive part of your policy:

If your appliance arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you MUST notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not use or attempt to install the appliance. Doing so may void your ability to claim damage or defect.

We will arrange for a free return or exchange for an identical replacement upon verification.

We require immediate photo or video evidence of the damage/defect.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is".

Any appliance that has been used, installed, or is returned without its original manufacturer packaging.
5. How to Start a Return

Contact Us Immediately: Email us at [Your ADIMILAN Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved within the 3-day window, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Package and Ship: Securely package the appliance in its original box. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
6. Shipping & Restocking Fees

Returns due to our error such as wrong item, verified defect/damage reported within 48 hours ADIMILAN Store will cover all return shipping costs.

For all other reasons (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered by customer):

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing costs.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets the "New & Unused" condition, we will send you an email notification.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
